Vultures Row: The Final Frontier

The Final Frontier

Today is a mile stone for NASA and all of mankind. Today at 3:51 (EST) NASA Mission STS-114 in the form of the shuttle Discovery will take to the skies once again. It will be the first time that any craft from the space shuttle fleet will launch in two and a half years. It is a wonderful day as the exploration of space continues.

The Mission is in good hands as the Commander, Eileen Collins, who has piloted two shuttle missions and has served as mission commander once before.

To the employees of NASA, thank you for all your hard work. To the crew of Discovery, Godspeed and we will see you in two weeks.

DOH!!!

Seems a fuel sensor glitch has scrubbed the launch, no new time set.
