Good News, well news that isn't that bad

Ace brings a good point to light. even though Bush has spent too much money, he is doing it in a responsible way. I'd like to see the President reign in the spending, but I also like safe harbors, air ports and highways. Security as a more than one price, it is going to take blood and time as well as money to make the world more secure. I for one am glad the money is going to a cause like this instead of creating more dependent familes.
